Mousepat aims to process and ship orders within 5 business days after receiving payment. Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.

We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. Available options are shown during checkout.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the selected shipping method. Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Tracking:

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customers can track their order using the provided tracking number.

5. International Shipping:

Mousepat ships worldwide. Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to their order.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

Mousepat is not responsible for delays or loss caused by carriers. In the event of delayed or missing shipments, we will do our best to resolve the situation and keep the customer informed.

7. Address Information:

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete address information. Mousepat is not liable for lost shipments resulting from incorrect address details.

8. Returns Due to Non-Collection:

If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, we will contact the customer for further instructions. Any costs for reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
